Average daily calorie intake on high doses of Tirz or Reta?

Good folks of forum,

I see sold out Tirzepatide 50, 60, sold out Reta 20, and I wonder what are the rough calorie intake of people on such doses of these peotides.

I understand that there's different individual responses, and tolerance over time, but still would love to learn how your average daily calorie intake and maybe macros look like?

For me, 1.25mg tirzepatide every 4 days over a 4 week period has dropped the avg calories intake from 3-3.5kcal to 2-2.5kcal. Urge to binge eat is on leash, and food is no longer dominating whole my life, only a portion of it. Having tried to up the dose once, I could hardly eat anything, hence my wonder.

Stay healthy.

1100-1200 calories daily. 75% protein, rest is fat and carbs. Also supplementing with multiple multivitamins per day. Bloodwork is absolutely perfect.

Stopped losing weight temporarily when I wasn't able to get Ozempic and then needed to get intussusception surgery. Been on Tirz -> then switched to Reta since (been on max dosage for a bit now).

Incredible! To stick to that macro split for this long takes serious dedication!

This has to be one of the best single year transformations I've read about.

I'm not on a super high dose - 6mg of reta, but my calorie intake ranges anywhere from 800-1800 per day. I tend to track weekly calories because I get really high appetite suppression after a dose which wears off during the week. So I try to have some higher calories days towards the end of the week to make up for really low days at the beginning. I aim for about 8.5-10k calories per week.
That makes perfect sense.

Speaking of reta, have you noticed a raise in your avg and/or resting heart rate since you started?

That’s wild! Congrats. You are doing an amazing thing for yourself.

I am wayyyyy slower. But keep chipping away. I’m also not counting calories or even thinking about food really. I crave chicken and eat chicken and it’s crazy that nothing else sounds or feels good to me. 🤷🏻‍♂️
That sounds like real freedom 🪷

That's crazy progress, congrats for real!

Did you notice any inflammation returning when making the switch to reta?

Eye-catching impressive work. Well done 💪

Did you notice a rise in RHR after switching to reta compared to tirz?

I appreciate ya, yoyo.

I honestly never envisioned beating this. I tried and failed so many times. I know there is still work to be done, but I actually believe it's going to happen now.

It's been a crazy year, partly highlighted by finding these forums and all of you. I love that I've found a group of people who are just as passionate about this subject as I am.

I feel the same way.

I miss you in the other one, but I’m so happy to read you’re doing well.

I appreciate it. I'm more impressed by the people who can lose slowly and stay focused, though. I don't trust myself, so when I feel that suppression kicking in, I roll with it, because I'm scared that 450lb version of me is lurking, just waiting to destroy some pizzas.

I've been at 15mg of brand name since maybe June. Since then I've played around with adding Reta and Cagri in at different times, but was unimpressed. Right now I'm taking 15 mg of tirz every 5-6 days and it's really doing the trick for me
Adding in Reta would be excellent. U may not notice any appetite suppression from Reta at all but Reta hits the GCGR which specifically targets fat burning! Tirz & cag don’t do this. So having. Reta in stacked with something that suppresses appetite will only benefit ur fat loss.
