I've had the same water for about 2 months now and I've used it to fill up 3 vials. I am wondering how long can I use the water for after putting a syringe in to fill up vials? I am currently storing the water in the fridge. The reason i bring this up is this is the first time I experienced redness around where I injected.

Thanks

is it safe to keep away from light at room temperature?
If it’s never been punctured, it’s fine at room temp. Once it’s been used, rule of thumb is it’s good for 1 month in the fridge.

Light has no effect on BAC water as far as I’m aware. It’s just sterile water with a little alcahol.

The 30-day suggestion is for hospitals and research labs where it's getting poked multiple times a day by different people. For personal use, I've used Hospira for over 2 months and haven't had a problem. I just keep it in a drawer and check it before I use it and swab it with a pad before and after use. If you have Amazon BAC, a fridge may be better and you can use it as long as you dare, but 30 days is safest.
