I'm just getting started on this journey and am happy to have found you all. Looking forward to learning what you guys already know. I'm a Semi retired New Yorker living in southern Spain now. 6'1" 200 lbs at the moment. Dropped 25 pounds in the last 6 months with diet and exercise. Lots of walking, calisthenics, and HIIT training. Max weight was 274 about 10 years ago. Walking around at 250+ for far too long has caught up with me.
I spent 20 years in heavy construction and 15+ in the restaurant industry, so I'm pretty beat up. I've had 4 shoulder surgeries. Have hip and back problems. Bursitis, light arthritis, frayed tendons, and the usual wear and tear. I recently snapped my right thumb extensor tendon. Had and MRI and am seeing the surgeon in 2 weeks.
Been reading up on healing peps and believe I'm an ideal candidate. so I'm looking for experienced travelers in the know. A lot of what I've been reading makes some of these sound like miracle drugs. I want to find out if and how I could possibly benefit from peps, and if this is the way to go for me.
Appreciate any help or guidance that you may have.
Look forward to getting to know you.
All the best

Welcome. Same boat so I'll be following this thread. Fifty something old Infantryman now trucker with the repaired acl, mcl, bicep tendon, hernias, and degenerative disc disease and we'll throw in stage 2 fatty liver. Constant back pain but still make the gym and walks up to a half mile lol.
Been googling if the tb500 and bpc 157 could actually help a wornout spine with missing disc's. I believe that's a reach but 2 other peptides showed up that are still experimental and no one has heard of yet. One was a peptide injection that forms a thick gel between ur disc's, lubricates and hydrates any disc membrane we have left. It's crazy where we will be in another 5 or 6 years. Keep throwin the D brother.....

Was riding dirt bikes/motocross when young. Body felt old by the time I reached 35. I am nowhere near as damaged as you are describing. Ouch! After one year on glp1, I am down 70 lbs. Been cycling Glow, on/off. And cycling TA1/Epitalon. Is very hard to determine what has been most effective for joints/back pain: the weight loss and/or Glow.

Once I hit my target weight, I may add MOTS-C or other peps, but trying only a few at a time to see what is working for me. I have Xrays/CT scan results. Getting them redone in 6 months so will report any improvements on my Atherosclerosis, OA, and other degenerative issues. Read the forum as there are many success stories and documents. Will peps make you young again, the jury is still out. Bioregulators?
