Wondering what stack has worked the best for fat loss and appetite suppression?

On my research I believe tirz and cagri would be the ultimate. Possibly reta and cagri?

Just curious of everyone's best anti fat stack along with appetite suppression. I eat when im bored and NEED to stop!

Currently only on sema and its so so

I'm on reta now, started on tirz, it's amazing on appetite, and no serious side effects, I'm on 8 mg now.
But Reta is not a good appetite suppressant for many people.
If you come from sema, Tirz could be your next move, great on appetite. It's an amazing drug. I only quit because of side effects on high dose that was too bad to bear. (anhedonia)

Everyone is different, i would say go right ahead and try it yourself.

I was on Tirz, it was awesome until it hit me with nasty anhedonia. Its my 2nd week on Reta 4mg+Cagri 0.25mg, tbh i couldn't tell much different vs Sema or Tirz, but surprisingly side effects are lesser on Reta and Cagri, maybe because GLP and GIP are all the same and my body has already adapted to it, and maybe i would see some more positive effects at higher dose.

Sema works with Tirz and Cagri. Appetite suppression for me.
People do love Reta though. Haven’t tried it yet.

So Reta for basically everything....ha but Cagri for the appetite suppression i am assuming?

I used Reta and Cargi separately.
Carg feels more like something mechanical. It switches off the hunger. But there still is the desire to eat snacks anyway.
Reta also turns off that lust for snacks.

I just started my second cycle of Reta and will add cargo when the reta's hunger suppression starts fading over time.

Tesofensine is nice too for appetite supression. Trickier dosing and med interactions if you are on an SSRI though. Gives great energy.
