These are really good! They also have Hawaiian punch but it's always out of stock. The only thing I had to do was add some water because I like mine a little weaker tasting.

What are the calories on that and how much did they run you? I have been struggling to hit my protein goals and am getting concerned about lean mass loss.

Wish I liked lemonade. I just drink a shake made w/2 cups Darigold fit milk, 2 scoops unflavored protein, and 2 high protein carnation instant breakfast.
 
I'm trying out a scoop of unflavored whey protein in my coffee. That's in addition to the creamer and sweetener, not instead of. I don't taste enough difference to bother me.

Just remember to use a whisk or handheld blender or the protein will clump in hot liquid.
 
I've tried a few unflavored and some I can taste it!

I choose unflavored because flavored is too painfully sweet to me. I have tried everything, but it’s all too sweet.

Thanks for the heads up. They got the Koolaid tropical punch flavored ones in my area. I am going to try them next time I get groceries.
 
In my vast experience, I have chosen this protein powder as my all-time favorite, the GNC Wheybolic Alpha. It has creatine, Myotor, Velositol, and Tesnor, all wrapped in one. That's a real godsend, Elite tier.

I'm not sure and I already threw the bottle away. I think they are $8 for 4. They do have a powder that might be cheaper.
 
Good idea. I may try this.
update: 15g per cup is too much. I'm sitting with my morning coffee and I feel like I'm also eating a burger at the same time. Ima cut it down to 10 and see how I feel. I drink a lot of coffee through the day, so it still would add up to a significant boost even at 7g.
 
Second update: 10 is fine. It's whey protein, and it works well when I just do my creamer first, add the scoop, hit it with a milk frother while the coffee is brewing, then add the coffee.
