Better sleep?

Hello everyone,

I am currently a student again but used to work in a public safety role where I did shift work, so sometimes I'd work overnights, days, evenings, and especially when I'm picking up overtime my sleep always suffered and since I'm a bit younger it would be fine. However now since I am on a school schedule I still sometimes have trouble sleeping and staying asleep. Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be able to help improve my sleep schedule?

Did you try melatonin yet, it helped me a lot when working 18 hours through the night.
 
I have never really had sleep issues, but Tesamorelin and CJC1295/Ipamorelin have made my sleep better than it has been in a long time. That is not why I am taking them, but it is a nice side effect.
