Recently made an order from LSPL and @Ava Smith, but am being told that they are currently not shipping orders. Which is kind of weird given all the promos she is posting this week.

That starts next week. I was assured it would be shipped and delivered in 1-2 weeks prior to making the order. She is saying her "Boss is in hospital" as to why they aren't able to ship products currently.

some other sellers are also stopping the shipping this week.
I think they don't want that the items sit 2 weeks in a random warehouse. No one knows what will happen with them in this 2 weeks, better keep them in a controlled area.

Btw, chinese people will tell you everything to make a sale

Given the serious lack of promotions and such (and basically telling buyers sorry please wait until after the holidays for new promotions) I get a feeling that all suppliers are already starting to down tools for their year.

I think most vendors had this week as the cut off for ordering if you wanted something shipped before CNY - the latest date I saw was the 18th.

We are officially in the "lets connect after the Chinese new year" territory. Here in the United States, with a bit of skill and finesse, it has always been possible to avoid any work at all between thanksgiving and MLK day. Why should China be any different?

Again, fully aware of the Chinese new year. The issue isn't with the holiday but the slight misrepresentation of my order being shipped prior, only to order and then be told they're currently not shipping for reasons unrelated to the holiday.

Nothing against Ava or LSPL, this post was just serving as a heads up to those that were thinking of ordering from them and expecting it to be shipped prior to the holiday, given their promotions being posted this week in the vendor forum.

They don't wanna return from vacation to 50,000 emails from "Karen"

Tracy got it right... Tuck and roll and hit the lights on the way out!
