My BPC,TB-500 cycle finished ten days ago. I decided to experiment with a new stack starting 3 days ago. I only had one shot of it. My rotator cuff and biceps tendinosis on the left arm are my targets. I have finally begun serious resistance training with my left arm, including shoulder and chest exercises. 3 days ago, I injected BPC-157, TB-500, and IGF-1 DES collected in the same syringe into my deltoid muscle an hour after training at the gym. I used 500mcg of BPC, 500mcg of TB-500, and 200mcg of IGF-1 DES. Then I immediately trained my shoulder and chest with some pushups, weighted quick jabs, and resistance band workouts. I did it for 30 minutes, which is the half-life of IGF-1 DES. Then I had my cold mega protein shake, with collagen and glutamine.

Today, after waking up, I tested out the joint. My range of motion has increased and the biggest improvement seems to be the strength of the joint, as I tried the resistance band. I will check more at the gym. Today is the day I had planned for my 2nd shot of this stack I have named Doomsday.
