I used up the last vial of Tirz just yesterday sourced by a friend who was selling to me. I had recently avoided talking with him to tell him I had followed bread crumbs and didn't need him anymore. It kind of felt like I was telling my Dad that I was smoking weed.
He texted this morning to check on me and I spilled the beans. I'm not surprised that he was happy for me and wanted to make sure I had COAs. I told him I appreciated him introducing me to this life changing medicine and things are still good between us.

Break-up chapter 2
I had to tell my Dr. "I don't think I ever really loved you"
After getting amazing news that my A1C had improved from 14.4 to 6, is when the arguing started.
He asked where I got "Maunjaro" and I said a compounding clinic. to cut through the long story, I didn't give him a name. He said "what are you gonna do next month when its not available?"
I said "probably get on the lily discounted stuff"
He said "you'll need a prescription... I'll see what I can do... How much are you paying now?" I said " about $250 a month" Long story short, his company couldn't provide Maunjaro at a discounted rate so he would switch me to Semaglutide.
"no you won't" I told him. He snarkingly asked " Then what?" I said "i'll figure it out"

This is the same guy who didn't tell me these options were available 6 months ago when I was a ticking time bomb. Now he just wants to profit from selling me what they offer.

I call Bullshit! I won't be seeing him again.
