I pinned .5mg of cagri on Saturday and every night since then I've fallen asleep on the couch. Is this the fatigue that people talk about with cagri? Or do I have another treat waiting to be received?
It works great for me up around 2mg, but the fatigue is rough.
Cagri-tirz is stall-breaking magic in my experience. Adding cagri broke an 8 month stall, then coasted to goal weight. Downside is pretty significant fatigue but it was worth it.
@exploitedworkerbee had some bad fatigue (during the day, I assume), but he got up to 2 mg of cagri to help break stalls, etc:
I had extreme fatigue for about a month of taking 1.25 every other week. Dang, thats what put me off trying it, the fatigue. Tired enough most of the time anyway!
Sema in the morning,Like the tiredness was coming from my head, not my body.
The exhaustion from cagri is real! I never made it to the 4th week- 3 weeks at .5mg was intolerableI pinned .5mg of cagri on Saturday and every night since then I've fallen asleep on the couch. Is this the fatigue that people talk about with cagri? Or do I have another treat waiting to be received?
Yeah, that heavy evening fatigue/couch crashing is classic Cagri territory, especially when first introducing it. What you’re describing the mental tiredness more than physical exhaustion sounds exactly how a lot of people describe Cagri fatigue. It seems to hit the central nervous system harder than pure Tirz or Sema for many users. Some people get it bad early on (even at 0.5mg), while others only notice it when they push the dose higher. One thing I’ve read from experienced users is that Cagri can blunt hunger so effectively that people unintentionally undereat protein and total calories, which then compounds the fatigue. You mentioned possibly being under-fueled? that’s probably playing a role here too? I just guessing. I hope you start feeling energetic soon.I pinned .5mg of cagri on Saturday and every night since then I've fallen asleep on the couch. Is this the fatigue that people talk about with cagri? I’ve gotten to 5mg/wk and can confirm, still breaks stalls and fatigue continues. It is usually pretty bad the two days following the injection and then chills out for the remainder of the week. A quick nap does wonders for it though.@exploitedworkerbee had some bad fatigue (during the day, I assume), but he got up to 2 mg of cagri to help break stalls, etc:

That is why I tried 1.25 mg. That tiny amount still gave me fatique. I'm glad it doesn't happen any moreThe exhaustion from cagri is real! I never made it to the 4th week- 3 weeks at .5mg was intolerable
Glad you're feeling better. Yes, a really good sleep session can work wonders. Thanks for the update! I'm feeling pretty good tonight, but I pinned on Saturday morning. And thanks also for the heads up about a nap. I'll definitely give that a try.
