You guys seem to know a thing or two about a thing or two so here goes. T7.5 moving to T9/5 days. Wanted more suppression so added Cagri last week, tested out ph4.5 so all fine. Problem? Nothing, save for a little fatigue. Did 0.25 then another 0,15 midweek, still nothing. Dr GPT suggested moving to 1mg Cagri from next week, still way below recommended dosage and based on tolerating it (too) well. Have generally heard the opposite on Cagri, anyone else just went to 1 in the 2nd week in a stack? Body has responded well to Tirz so I am really surprised this little extra booster from Cagri has literally been a non event!

I do (think I) know a thing or two about a thing or two LOL ... but know nothing experientially about Cagri.
It's the hot thing to try these days but if it doesn't end up working for you and you haven't tried it yet, good old-fashioned Sema sprinkled on top of a lovely Tirz is a cheap and wonderful combination for many of us 💜

That could be a real option. Hadn’t even considered that as I was already ‘upgraded’ to T but let’s see for another couple of weeks, your suggestion might make a lot of sense!

I was close to goal and trying to extend suppression without upping my Tirz dose.

I added .125 Cagri and nothing. 2 days later another .125 then 2 days later .3. The vial had been lost with USPS for a month peak summer. I figured it might be bunk so I tossed it in the trash. New vial same non response but at about 1.25mg I noticed my 5th and 6th day on Tirz more like the rest with suppression.

I'm beyond goal now so I can experiment. Currently lowering Tirz while introducing Sema (never tried it). Having same non response to Sema! 🤷🏻‍♂️ Tomorrow is shot day and I'll be pinning micro doses of Sema every third day (like I did Cagri) until I get feelz unless my glucose readings tell me otherwise.

Started Cagri at 0.13mg/week 11 weeks ago, increasing 0.04mg each week, now at 0.6mg/6 days. Does its job (with Tirz and Reta.). Pretty sure it takes a few weeks, not days, to build up and work.

Thank you for saying this. I had a bad Reta stack attempt and I was going to dive back in on that at a smaller start-level mg but your post reminded me I have Sema in my freezer that I've never tried before. Might as well give it a whirl before running something I know causes me issues - thanks!

I have tried cagri twice from different vendors all had good COA's and I feel nothing on any dose. I am just numb inside. Sigh. 😔
Maybe that is because your amylin receptors are already working at peak performance. These peptides work on our hormones, so I believe it’s all in hitting the right receptors. I think that is why Tirz works great for some, but for others it's Sema or Reta.
