so started my Cagril stack on 15mg of triz every 4 or 5 days and then added .25 of cagril but nothing yet on feeling it how much and how long did it take for you guys to feel it?

I take .25 of cagri 3 days after 5mg of tirzepatide, the cagri to me kicks in a day later and its suuper strong, everybody is different though but if for you it doesnt make much difference try to increase your dose after 4 weeks, its a pretty strong peptide so i wouldnt rush into it.

I'm up to 1.25 Cagri with 5mg Tirz (at goal) and the only possible effect I'm getting from the Cagri is an extension of suppression w/o upping Tirz dose. None of the strong effects others describe (majority it seems).

tomorrow will be my second 0.16mg dose of cagri with 10mg Tirz next day. A few days after first shot, I did feel an increase in suppression. No other side effects yet. Planning to increase Cagri very slowly. .

That's how I did it initially but I didn't wait a week between doses. I added.125mg every three days or so until one day I felt like a minor dry heave and that was my tell it might be Cagri (I'm not a heaver) so I'm at 1.25 currently. I thought about raising it to 1.5 but with a longer half life it's building up anyway (and I don't think it's been added to the GLP plotter yet which would help).

so im at .5 in about 2 days no side effects but a little more sleepy last night seems to be doing good with hunger for now . what a win!
