I have been taking mots-c, only 1 mg, daily about 15 minutes before working out. I was about to do triple my normal workout and it feels good to do so, unlike normally where workouts where I don't get any runners high and are painful. (I am super morbidly obese.) I also don't get sore afterwards and I have started to look forward to working out.
Is it okay to take 1mg of mots-c daily or should I take a few days off in the week? I am seeing mixed information online.
