Hi everyone,
I have been going down the rabbit hole of peptides, and it can be overwhelming, but I am learning a lot.
So, to help me sort out what I need now, I made a list of my goals: weight loss, reduced visceral fat, anti-aging, increased energy, and improved cognition.
I decided on the following peptides, but I will stagger them, as I am a new user:
Tesamorelin- For visceral fat
Glutathione- I get an injection monthly right now and want to increase to weekly.
KLOW
Retatruride (Reta)- My PCM, who uses peptides but cannot prescribe them, thought it would be good for me, and it has less muscle loss than Tirzepatide (Tirz). There are multiple benefits of Reta for me, beyond weight loss/management. It can potentially help lessen alcohol consumption/ addiction (rewires the brain). I thought I would use Tirz because a friend uses it, but after researching both, I decided Reta was best for me.
KLOW has everything I am looking for to help with inflammation, improve skin and hair, and support anti-aging. Also, three of the four peptides in KLOW can be stacked with Reta.
I am planning to stagger them into my system, starting with Reta and, after 2 weeks, incorporating KLOW. After a month, or when weight loss occurs, I will add tesamorelin. I will use glutathione weekly.
Also, I have changed what I eat and started working out again — swimming and cycling for now. I understand that the GLPs are not "magical", and I need to do my part.
If you have any advice, it will be greatly appreciated. How did you decide what to begin with?

three of the four peptides in KLOW can be stacked with Reta.
From my understanding, all 4 peps in KLOW can be run at the same time as reta - just don’t mix reta with KLOW - pin them separately.

I like to run a new pep 1 month minimum before adding something new so I can more easily isolate a problematic side effect.

Reta will target your visceral fat. May want to wait till you’re closer to goal weight before starting tesa if still interested. Also, may want to consider stacking ipamorelin with tesa to take advantage of synergistic effects. I plan to cycle these 2 when my tesa arrives then get a Dexa scan.

I started tirz 15 months ago following the advice of my cardiologist. I have a decent stock of reta in the freezer as I’m interested in boosting my eGFR (kidney) but keep kicking the can on making the switch as the tirz is still working well. I’m 15lbs from goal weight - would have gotten there months ago but have been lazy with my eating plan.

Everyone’s body is going to react differently to these peps so my post is no more than “food for thought”.
