Can't post thread in the scamwatch - how do I warn people?

No they weren’t. They had a customer service grievance and were attempting to use the forum to generate leverage. They even admitted to this in their last post. Happens all the time and almost always involves the word “scammer” and often couched in harm reduction language.

Full agree. I was trying to be cutesy didn’t intend to contribute to a proper insult war. Apologies for my part in that.

There is a pinned post at the top of the Scam Spotlight section explaining how to post in that section. A lack of reading comprehension skills is not something anyone on this forum is equipped to assist you with.

Man, I was genuinely trying to offer some sage advice. Sorry if being from the US is an issue. Happy to see that he got his refund though. Tough on the ban, be a bigger, better person, I say.
 
I wonder if it’s the same dude who got banned from a vendor telegram the other day after insulting both the vendors and other people when they were trying to help him also. 🤣
 
This whole thread makes me like this forum more.

Way to go Zippy, with the quick response and ban.

Complaining about a vendor because they don’t do what you want quickly enough. Almost like posting a yelp review of a restaurant that would not seat you because you showed up late.

I think he’s a little entitled and doesn’t understand what a gray market means or has any appreciation for the cultural and economic constraints of our vendors.

I have never met an Australian that I didn’t like, however I have only met them here in the USA.
