I started CJC-1295 with DAC a couple months back. There was a lot I did like. And I like the DAC component to keep the compound working for days rather than minutes-- as I understand it, anyway. That said, I have blood sugar issues and my glucose numbers were very high (for me).

Also, little side note, I would get a really intense 'flush' experience when I pinned this. For maybe 30 minutes. Similar to maybe a niacin flush but more… pleasant is not the exact word… and exponentially more intense. But the flush feeling. It was kind of crazy. And I'm told that's a typical reaction. That means you have the real thing.

I was doing 1,000 mcg (1 mg) CJC w DAC twice a week (Thurs and Sun). That's not particularly high, but I guess some do much lower. And the dosing i hear about with this is all over the map. Anyway, after the blood sugar craziness, I quit it entirely for a while because those bad glucose numbers meant I felt like crap. But I kind of want to revisit this one and see if I start with the dose super-low, maybe 100mcg twice a week and titrate up if I tolerate it, if it goes better for me.

Has anyone else experienced the high blood sugar thing with this particular peptide? I've used CJC no DAC before and felt like it did nothing for me. It didn't spike my blood sugar, but it also didn't have any meaningful desired impact for me either.

I'm trying to raise my deep sleep time (tracked with Oura). Tesa has noticeably helped that. Like doubled it. Going from shitty 30 minutes of deep to over an hour. And CJC is supposed to help with deep sleep too. Another reason I want to revisit.

My current stack is Tesa, Ipa, BPC, TB500 and I'm going to be adding MOTS-C and Epithalon. Oh and I do Mounjaro (tirz). So if I had CJC with DAC back in, it'd be added in with these.
Would love to know others' experiences stacking these, but particularly if you have ever used CJC-1295 with DAC in the stack. And if you felt that stacking anything I haven't named (and/or any that I have) particularly helped or harmed your results. Again, no-DAC just didn't do a damn thing for me.

Go goals are burning fat but particularly visceral fat while maintaining significant muscle I've built over years, improving deep sleep, improving energy and stamina in the gym, mental acuity.

I'm guessing the HGH enthusiasts will preach their gospel here. And actually, I want to hear all about it. Legitimately. Please tell me your experience (including any side effects). I'm now 5 weeks or so into using Tesamorelin and am excited about the hopefully forthcoming visceral fat loss that's said to help burn off. I've read HGH can actually make you gain some fat and I will say, I am not here for that. Though, again, I am trying to hold onto muscle.

All right, I'm shutting up now. Thanks.

TL;DR Has anyone ever used CJC-1295 with DAC and experienced high blood sugar? And then had success cutting the dose way down? Any recommendations on whether or not pinning it in a stack that includes Tesa and Ipa is inadvisable?

Not to discount you for trying, but I feel 90% of these peptides are just snake oil. Claim the world and end up doing nothing for most people. Especially since a lot of these either have very limited or no clinical trials. Take AOD for example, they claim it burns fat, it's amazing...and does absolutely nothing in humans. I've tried other peptides that supposedly raises either deep sleep or REM sleep and did absolutely nothing for me. If they honestly work for you and aren't placebo, that's great!

CJC w/ DAC, tesamorelin, and ipamorelin all increase GH, and GH is well known to raise fasting glucose and worsen insulin sensitivity in some people. If you're seeing higher blood sugars, that combo alone could explain it. You should check IGF-1 to see how much downstream GH activity you're actually getting...... if IGF-1 is elevated, that strongly points to GH-mediated insulin resistance rather than something mysterious.
In my opinion... IGF-1 should ALWAYS be checked bf jumping into the GH game.

Hey, thanks for responding. Really appreciate it. I actually have no clue how to check IGF-1 but I guess I'll see if I can sort that out. Genuinely appreciate that heads-up.

As far as the stack to be clear, at the time I was pinning CJC w/DAC, I wasn't pinning tesa or ipa. CJC w/DAC uniquely spiked my blood glucose all by itself-- it was unlike anything I've ever experienced. I've literally had better blood sugar results eating candy bars. LOL. But again, I was doing a full 1mg 2x a week. With the DAC sort of keeping the compound working overtime for 8 days, I've read people do as little 100mcg 2x a week so I'm thinking I may give that a go at some point.

For what it's worth, I seem fine on tesa and ipa 5+ weeks into it (5x a week nightly subq injections) sans CJC w/DAC. Again, super-appreciate you responding.

I hear you. And that really is fair. For what it's worth, Tesamorelin is FDA approved specifically for visceral fat burning. I don't have HIV (the reason for which it's approved to help HIV patients burn visceral fat among other benefits), but I do have some visceral fat I'm working off. And I actually have past experience with Ipa and it really helped me. And I know a handful of people who had similar experiences. And the one-two punch I think I'm experiencing being on both is helpful. Not the least of which, my absolutely CRAP deep sleep scores on Oura have DOUBLED. I couldn't crack 30 minutes a night. Since adding tesa and even more so on Ipa with the Tesa, my deep-sleep-cycle scores have cracked 60 minutes and over from years of 30 minutes and under. That's CRAZY progress, and for me, unignorably powerful. And that is a thing that NEVER happened in more than 5 years of sleep tracking. So that's been my other big goal with these two peptides (Tesa and Ipa) and it's working out for me so far. The only downside is I do 5 days on 2 days off (subq, evenings right before sleep), and on the 2 days off, my sleep scores go down a bit. But the peps stay in the system to some degree as I understand and it's not ALL the way back to being as bad as where it was before tesa and ipa. And then it bounces right back to full throttle deep sleep scores on the five days that I do pin.

Everyone's body is different, so take my experience with your own grain of salt for sure, but I'm a fan of these two peptides in particular.
