The service from your sales rep "C" was EXCELLENT, she should be commended! However, your shipper was the WORST I have ever experienced from any vendor. It took 22 days to ship to a neighboring country that is right next to yours. It cost me extra money to extend my hotel stay while traveling since there was no communication until today as to where the package currently was. The order was shipped well before the Spring Festival on the 5th of February. I hope you can continue to improve.
