My vpn causes that on some websites, I switch to a new site connection and it resolves it usually.

It probably was, not uncommon with websites. Sometimes it's actually Cloudflare. I see it once in a while on a car site I'm a administrator on. When did it happen? Sometimes the site owner needs to give the server a boot.
