I have to admit, I’m only mildly interested in GLP-1s, and I know this forum is primarily dedicated to them. To be fair, I was on Reta for six months and also briefly tried Cagri, but my main area of interest is performance enhancement, particularly nootropics.

These are the compounds I’m currently researching:
  • N-Acetyl Semax Amidate : big question mark on what this is doing.
N-Acetyl Selank Amidate : another big question mark on why I'm on this.
  • Cerebrolysin : ran 5mL for 20days (5 days on, 2 days off). I don't really feel dramatically smarter or anything, but I feel calm. I will run another 20-day cycle before year end.
  • Ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate (a.k.a. Emoxypine or Mexidol) : calming, for sure. I like to take it with oxytocin when I feel anxious or stressed.
  • Citicoline (a.k.a. CDP-Choline) : what is this magic? Clean focus - will never stop taking it.
  • Choline alfoscerate (a.k.a. Alpha-GPC) : wasn't as dramatic as Citicoline for me. I don't mind running it alongside Citi but could do without.
  • Piracetam : another interesting compound - I pair it with one of the cholines.
Citicoline has been the clear winner for me. It seems to pair especially well with Piracetam, though honestly I’d be happy just running Citicoline long term. I genuinely feel smarter on it. Maybe I'm just delusional. Maybe I should have eaten more eggs growing up.

What nootropics are you using, and what has your experience been like?

What dose of Citicolin (CDP-Choline) do you take? Heard 250-500 mg in the morning. No sleeping issues with that? tysm for sharing.

N-Acetyl Semax Amidate and N-Acetyl Selank Amidate are the only ones I have any experience with. Oh, I did get a couple vials of P21, but don't have any strong reaction to any of them. This is a very interesting topic to explore. Thanks for posting.

CDP-choline never did shit for me though I know alot of people like it. I do like NA semax quite a bit though.

Which Cerebrolysin did you take? Was it the freeze dried one or the liquid protein one?

Happy to share. I take 500mg in the morning EOD. I alternate between Citicoline and Choline alfoscerate, but I'll most likely just take Citicoline when I run out of alfoscerate. It doesn't interfere with my sleep, but Piracetam does, if I take it too late.

How did you feel on N-Acetyl Semax Amidate and N-Acetyl Selank Amidate? If I had to choose between the two, I would say I feel Selank more. It's a part of my evening stack and it seems to help with winding down. I've never tried P21 but keen to try!

That's a fair assessment. I do think it's very context/age dependent as well. According to the research I have seen, older people (>=50 in this study) definitely seem to respond well - I don't think there's much research done on younger folks.
