Cooked reta and stop start.

maybe you just need much higher doses. What's the highest you went to on any? How long did you try those amounts? Just curious
I never went super crazy but i was on 15 Tirz and started adding sema and even with a 2.5 max i never really felt any significant response. I then tried Reta and got up to 10mg weekly and i never felt reta at any dose. Tirz seems to be the only one that is decently effective on me.

Same that's why I'll take 1mg of sema with my 10mg reta....
10mg...How long did it take you to titrate up that high? I'm on 4mg, which took months but when I tried to bump up to 4.5 my heart felt like was constantly racing. So I've stayed at 4mg. The reduction in inflammation is huge for me, but I haven't lost any weight. I was a non-responder to tirz all the way up to 7.5mg, zero pounds but huge benefits to inflammation. I wanted to titrate up higher but the exhaustion and body aches were killing me. Personal thoughts/opinions?

I'm not on reta but am on tirz/survo since last fall, have been at gw since Nov 1, 25 and feel nothing - however - I've been comfortably at gw since Nov 1, 25. For me, it's not about feelz - it's about efficacy.
Of course, that definitely calls into question my entire health protocol and not just kidding myself that the weekly peptide injection is going to magically do all the work.
What are your thoughts on Survo?

I've been on glps for like 16 months. So I'm guessing that counts towards titration but I generally run tirz 4 to 6 months, then reta 4 to 6 months, back and forth. I'm not a great responder but with reta started at 4mg and was up to 8mg within 2 months.... started adding 1mg of sema for better suppression. Guess I ran that a good 10-12 weeks and now 10mg reta. My heart rate chilled out after 2 or 3 months on reta.

Cholesterol, hdl, ldl, triglycerides just came back excellent, best they've been in 6 years. They were bad until I was on glps for about 4 or 5 months. Even eating smart, a bit of cardio and lifting my triglycerides were still 298 (started at 399).... yesterday came back at 138. As for weight I'm only down to 225 from 247. Prolly cuz I enjoy several beers and shots and I'm a driver so I don't burn many calories in a 8 to 12hr shift and I'm mid 50's. Tirz I was pinning 12mg every 5 days with 1mg of sema weekly....

Im curious how the survo/tirz combo compares to reta. Im currently stacking 1.5mg reta and 3.5mg tirz as energy feels better on reta and weight loss is great but tirz help alot more with joint pain and the like. I have considered trying survo/maz in reta's place but Im unsure if there would be any benefit or downfall.

I wish I could answer that. I have not tried reta yet. I started stacking survo with tirz for the reta-like effect however I read many times about increased BP on reta which, due to underlying cardiac conditions, I wanted to avoid by being able to control the dosage to the 3rd receptor. I, of course, had no idea if that would actually work so I started small and increased over time to 1.8 of surv. I'm pleased to report that I have experienced no increase in BP at all. YMMV.

I would not have been comfortable with reta for this reason alone.

That said - I do have a vial of R10 and now - after 3 months of stacking T and S with success - have been contemplating actually trying the reta to see how it compares. I would not stack this which is why i am still not committing to it because - in my mind - for a true comparison I would have to have a washout of T and S first and that would take weeks and I am on a really comfortable auto-glide rhythm currently.

Thank you so much for this reply, It sounds like your approach
is fairly successful at accomplishing the goal I am trying to accomplish with my stack. Mine has been decent too. I
was originally going to switch to reta only but When I tried it alone, lots of my daily pains came back and it was much better on Tirz. So i went back on Tirz 2.5 and when I was ready to go to 5mg, i went to 3.5 Tirz and 1.5 Reta. I am attracted to the Idea of Survo instead as for some reason i feel like it might not change the effects of the Tirz as much while still adding Glucagon to the mix. again it does sound like its working for you, so may be worth a try for me.
I appreciate your time in replying! everyone here has been very helpful!

I'm very happy with the energy and "normalcy" turn that survo brings me. I can eat if I want and not if I don't and don't have any real sides to speak of and have been floating around gw for 3 months.
I feel pretty similarly with Maz. I can eat or not eat as much as I want. And not tired all the time!
