Is Solana a USDT / USDC ? I googled it and AI confused me....I want to purchase grey from CN but I have no clue what I am doing LOL . All I know is btc but don't want to spend btc

ETA: I see on a JEEP promotion that it states 2 forms of Solana one as a USDT and one as a USDC.

Why don't you want to use BTC? Other than a small price fluctuation, up or down, it is for me the easiest.

Solana is a network that carries a lot of crypto coins. Both Tether (USDT) and Circle (USDC) are special coins pegged to the US dollar, both issued by private companies and both run on different networks other than Solana.

You want to save money on transactions? Open an account with a crypto exchange: Coinbase or Binance and then buy either USDT or USDC and send via TRON (TRX) network. It's the cheapest I know which the Chinese sellers love. Ethereum network is the most expensive, around $10 per transaction.

I guess I don't know. I have a bitcoin that I don't want to touch. I guess it really doesn't matter if I am sending it through Exodus and not coinbase and if I am not purchasing through coinbase. I could just swap my solana for btc when I transfer it to exodus.

I wonder if I have a wait time to transfer after a purchase with crypto.com like you have to wait with coinbase?
