Ok guys, so I see a lot of people asking about cycling GLP's and I get that those meds are designed for lifelong use. Boooorrrring, but definitely down for all the skinny. My questions are about stacking/cycling other peps like NAD+ and MOTS-C. Are those peps specifically designed to be used in cycles or safe/recommended for continuous use? That leads me into another question about dosing, but I'm a one step at a time human. I've been reading a lot about NAD+ (and dosing) but I want to hear from y'all. I can't seem to find any negative data. Is NAD really this wonder enzyme that will prevent you from dying and increase the function of your cells until you become invincible??? What about MOTS-C? Will I never get Alzheimer's if I use it? Can I use it forever? What if I had a major brain injury and I and researching ways to heal. Could these peps help? 'Splain me, boys and girls! But splain like I'm five cause I'm kinda slow.

All I have found is that like anything you put in your body, you build a tolerance to it. Also the body can start rejecting the effects of your peps with prolonged use. So cycling just gives your body a break and when you restart it’s much more effective. I read most of what you’re asking about are breaks anywhere from 1-3 months.

"explain like I'm five" is the only expression I know that conveys contempt, arrogance, ignorance, and laziness all at once.

And Groucho Marx did a more elegant version of it in "Duck Soup."

For NAD+, check out Wikipedia to clear up the confusion you have. It is neither a peptide nor an enzyme.

There's already a lot of information and testimonials about cycles on this forum; use the search function.

The duration and dosage depend on your health conditions and your goals. If you don't share this information, you'll only get vague answers that you won't know what to do with.

Ouch. The last line was written tongue in cheek with a dash of self-deprecating humor, but okay. I wrote this post after hyperficating on the topic, reading foxpeptides, Wikipedia, and peppy's shit ton of technical papers on both compounds. I asked so that other's might share their experiences. Apparently my post fell short. Sorry.

Nothing beats exercise when it comes to the more optional, non-GLP peptides, enzymes, etc. So if these compounds (or the rituals around them) don't motivate more movement/exercise, then they are more like an insurance policy, rather than something powerful like a GLP.
