Desiccant packs

I have the larger ones in my pep freezer to help with frost control, but not sure how effective they are for that since that would depend on ice sublimation.

There's vacuum inside of the vials. External moisture doesn't have much impact on contents

Excellent, I'm gonna order some anyway for piece of mind, appreciate ur input.

I have a few small, food grade, desiccant packs inside my Thermos food storage container with a temp/humidity sensor. It keeps the humidity <10% compared to the 1.1cu ft manual defrost freezer that runs 60-70% humidity. I also bought disc packs that are slighly smaller in diameter and about half the height of a vial to put in my cryovault storage container. It uses vial holders that are similar to the ones that go into hydrapeak containers. I can't fit the sensor in this vault so I can only gauge the effectiveness of these packs by the Thermos setup.

I have no idea if humidity matters for vacuum sealed vials but desiccant is cheap.
