I found taking digestive enzymes greatly reduces my Ozempic side-effects.

I spent a couple of days off the digestive enzymes and my side-effects got worse, and then when I started taking them again my side-effects disappeared.

You want to find a good brand and make sure you take it right after breakfast.
Do not take them on empty stomach!!

I would echo this. I have been on tirz for about 7 months now and I find I don't have the GI symptoms much anymore, but digestive enzymes were a life saver when I first started.

I also foud supplementing with Magnesium oxide daily to be very helpful.

I agree, to some degree. It really depends on what kind of GI issues you’re having from GLP-1s.

If your symptoms are related to slower digestion, including but not limited to: food sitting heavy, bloating, reflux, or that backed-up feeling, digestive enzymes could definitely help. But if your issue is the opposite, where things seem to move through you too quickly, they may not help much.

What I’ve also noticed is that digestive enzymes can help with that heavy, slow-digestion feeling, but they can also leave you feeling a bit hungrier. So I think they could work well for some cases, but definitely not for all; they did not work for me for reasons stated above.

Ginger, papaya, prebiotic, probiotics all part of my daily routine. I work at a sewage plant. These thing help me daily, no gi problem at all. I'm on 4mg reta.

I have tried literally everything and nothing works to lessen the GI effects of Tirz. Only time has lessened them, except for the perpetual constipation which I have just accepted the fact that it will never go away as long as I use the medication, so going off is just a matter of time. I have 5 injections left and that will probably be it.
