Do you tell your dr. Your on peps?

I didn't tell mine. If I did, she would know she didn't give me a rx for it. She would know that I'm willing to do risky things and be more carefull what she prescribes later. Like pain meds or benzos. She might think I will abuse them?

I personally believe grey peps are safer than morbid obesity.

I tell her, because if i have a pb, i would like to be well diagnose. She already gave me a rx for if, but my assurance doesn't cover It cause even if i'm un morbid obesity, i don't have diabete, or other pb except sleep apnea that Is not covered for in Canada. So She understand even if She disagree.

I did, and he refused to discuss it, so I fired him, my next doc I plan to tell I'm on "compounded tirzepatide" but that's it (and that only because I'm still actively losing weight, so there's no way she doesn't notice). Anything else I add in will be strictly on a need to know basis.

Yeah with the caveat that I had been prescribed Mounjaro and Ozempic in the past but got priced out. But I also tell her all the other drugs I do take. It's important for them to know that type of thing.

I originally got with my doc to get me on enclo, haven’t told him about anything grey. He made a comment about my weight loss but I haven’t told him how it was done other than calorie tracking a consistent gym routine (which I am doing) I’m not sure how to go about it. I get bloods checked every 4 months regardless. I’m only on Reta but have been looking into adding more to my stack protocol

When I asked my primary care Doc for a scrip for Tirz, she told me they carry Tirz at their office. I walked out with 4 pre-loaded compounded Tirz syringes in the same list...

I only take Tirz and my doctor does know. He asked where I got it and I said “online.” He didn’t ask any further questions but did try to help me get it through insurance, which was denied twice so. 🤷‍♀️

Yeah. My MD and me are friends. He's on tirz too. I got a script and a month of Mounjaro when I started. What he won't and can't discuss is reta. obviously because it's not released/fda approved. Bless him. He seems so far behind the times. But he has hundreds of old fuckers, like me to deal with. I wouldn't have his job.

Im going to the doctor on Wednesday. He was trying to get me on Mounjaro but my insurance wouldnt cover it and I wasn't about to pay all that money for it. Under the med section it offered the choice of check boxes for brand name Zepbound or generic tirzepatide with standard doses.
I checked a box for Zepbound at a standard dose.

Never have had any questions, but last time the nurse referred to it as tirzepatide, just checking I am still on it.

All in their ordinary day's work, no issues or concerns. Never any reason to bring up grey.

Yeah, I am pretty open with my doctors, so I will tell her I am still on Triz, but no good would come from talking about grey...

1st I've heard of such a thing... May I ask about insurance coverage? Out of pocket expense? Dosage dispensed? Insulin type syringe? Do they stock multiple dosage levels(ie: 2.5mg,5mg,7.5mg,etc)? ThanX

My TRT doc yes, he talked me in to tirzepatide to start with. Now he doesn't know im on the Grey though.

Definite no. I'm looking for a new PCP bc I'm planning to fire my current one. He's been trying to prescribe me statin for some time, plus when I requested a full bloodwork to check my hormones, he denied it and said what I'm going thru is not hormonal (smdh).
I found an online gyno who was able to ordered me a full bloodwork, and of course the result was that my hormones were out of whack. I'm planning to tell her at my next appt later this year.
