Wanted a space to document my journey into Reta/Peptides. Figured this was a good a place as any.
Background on me I have worked out most of my life, mostly weightlifting. I eat pretty decent, but can never seem to lose weight. Went from about 200 pounds to 244 pounds in the last couple years. Couldn't seem to lose weight no matter what I did, would do some pretty aggressive cuts and not lose any weight which would make me rebound and give up.
I saw a couple guys at work lost about 30-60 pounds in about 2-3 months and they told me they were on Reta.
After some brief debate I decided to give it a shot. Last night was my third dose staying fairly conservative (1mg, 2mg, 2mg.) I'm already down about 10 pounds and the food noise is lower, I feel less hunger, and I am more motivated to work out. NO negative side effects so far (figured I would add this since I rarely see it mentioned I mostly just see when people have bad side effects.)
Going to try and stick around 2-4 mg a week as long I am continuing to lose weight.
Anyway thanks for reading.
