Mine includes the following. It’s very basic. You might also want some strong pain killers but I have a history of addiction so don’t keep stuff like that around. A broad spectrum antiviral might also be good but I think I was being cheap when I put this together. This is not medical advice and I’m just a normal guy with his head up his ass.
1. Doxycycline: Antibiotic; used for respiratory or skin infections; when to use: fever, persistent cough, or skin infection with redness or pus.
2. Ondansetron (4mg): Antiemetic; prevents nausea and vomiting; when to use: nausea or vomiting due to illness or severe gastroenteritis.
3. Mupirocin Ointment (15gm): Topical antibiotic; used for bacterial skin infections; when to use: red, swollen, pus-filled sores, or minor skin infections.
4. Clotrimazole and Beclometasone Cream (20gm): Antifungal/corticosteroid; used for fungal infections; when to use: itchy, red, inflamed skin with signs of fungal infection (athlete’s foot, jock itch, ringworm).
5. Amoxicillin (250mg): Antibiotic; used for ear, bladder, or pneumonia; when to use: ear pain, painful urination, persistent cough with mucus, fever.
6. Epinephrine (1mg/mL ampoule): Emergency medication; used for severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis; when to use: inject into the thigh for life-threatening reactions (e.g., airway swelling, difficulty breathing), typical adult dosage: 0.3–0.5 mg IM.
