Sorry if this doesn’t belong here. I just had found so much help finding a way to buy tirzepatide through this community. I have been sick with a terrible sore throat for a week, gone to urgent care given nothing because I always test negative for everything and they refuse to give me anything. Finally my mom had some left over antibiotics and gave me some and sore throat is gone. Just wondering if anyone knew of anywhere legit to get antibiotics? Also I know all the dangers of over using antibiotics. I get it.

This does feel like something that should be solved by a regular doctor and not self medicating. For instance if it's a virus and not an infection then antibiotics will do nothing for you.

There are certain online pharmacies that you can buy antibiotics (from India - say PCT Zone) - but by the time they are posted to you if you actually have an infection it will be cleared by your immune system, or you'll be dead.

Alldaychemist is the only place I know of. You can get fish antibiotics online from several places.

This is the most legit thing I’ve ever learned to help a sore throat… Get 3 regular Tylenol. Plain, white tablets. Chew them into a paste and swallow it slowly. Don’t drink or eat anything for 45 minutes.

I learned about this from my flight surgeon while deployed. It relieves throat pain like nothing else.

ER doctor friend told me you can get amoxicillin from the fish food section

Unless you live near the southern border you're going to have trouble finding a source on the timeframe you're working on. Best bet is to get through this however you must, and then make a little medkit using something like alldaychemist for next time.
I'd be curious to know what's in a robust little medkit in case of apocalypse, if anyone feels like sharing their stash?

Mine includes the following. It’s very basic. You might also want some strong pain killers but I have a history of addiction so don’t keep stuff like that around. A broad spectrum antiviral might also be good but I think I was being cheap when I put this together. This is not medical advice and I’m just a normal guy with his head up his ass.

1. Doxycycline: Antibiotic; used for respiratory or skin infections; when to use: fever, persistent cough, or skin infection with redness or pus.

2. Ondansetron (4mg): Antiemetic; prevents nausea and vomiting; when to use: nausea or vomiting due to illness or severe gastroenteritis.

3. Mupirocin Ointment (15gm): Topical antibiotic; used for bacterial skin infections; when to use: red, swollen, pus-filled sores, or minor skin infections.

4. Clotrimazole and Beclometasone Cream (20gm): Antifungal/corticosteroid; used for fungal infections; when to use: itchy, red, inflamed skin with signs of fungal infection (athlete’s foot, jock itch, ringworm).

5. Amoxicillin (250mg): Antibiotic; used for ear, bladder, or pneumonia; when to use: ear pain, painful urination, persistent cough with mucus, fever.

6. Epinephrine (1mg/mL ampoule): Emergency medication; used for severe allergic reactions or anaphylaxis; when to use: inject into the thigh for life-threatening reactions (e.g., airway swelling, difficulty breathing), typical adult dosage: 0.3–0.5 mg IM.

this is cool. i don't have an emergency kit like this but if i was making one i'd consider adding:
1. ivermectin which will do nothing at all for covid, but is a fabulous antiparasitic. lice, scabies, pinworm, mites, etc.
2. naloxone for emergency opioid overdose if that's a thing you might ever encounter

I've used AllDayChemist and buy-pharma.md personally. They're both on the nice list. It takes a good 20 calendar days of transit for your package arrives if you're in the US.

In addition to the all the great suggestions above.. I might suggest researching Azithromycin and Bactrim. Bactrim is still effective against MRSA. And I just remember having good luck with an after-flu lung infection with a Z-Pack. Not medical advice as I'm just some goof on the internet.

But it's good to find one of these pharmacies that accepts the forms of payment you desire. And if you decide to use a charge card, I'd suggest a non-primary account card should your credit card details be leaked after your transaction.

While I agree with ya, a lot of us are already self medicating using peptides and I see no reason why it couldn't also be done with other things.

That's a golden list, thanks!

I Have used this for prescription meds there good

The FDA cracked down on fish antibiotics a year ago. You cannot buy them anymore. As someone else mentioned alldaychemist is the only place I know of. It comes from India and takes FOREVER!
oh interesting. ER doc guy just said go to the pet store. but it's entirely possible he's out of date. i don't have fish, so i have no idea.

didn't realize the FDA regulated animal meds

I use alldaychemist. You'll need to pay via bank or crypto the first time around, after that your account gets vetted and you can use a credit card.

Shipping will take around 3 weeks to a month.

I recommend visiting the prepper subreddit and build your own emergency medical bugout bag. My kit DIY kit cost me $200 and it's sourced entirely from online pharmacies.

Maybe it's a coincidence since a take a few days to start clearing a viral infection

I considered that, but I often have this happen to me. I waited almost a week and half and still felt so sick, and pain in the throat. I think I’m prone to getting bacterial throat infections and every test I get done comes back negative. It’s been years and years of this happening to me every winter. I always end up having to go to urgent care 3 or 4 times before they give me any antibiotics. I truly hate taking antibiotics because they always give me yeast infections but it usually ends up fixing my throat problem immediately. Really just having some antibiotics on hand is all I want for emergencies!

Also, does anyone have any experience going to Mexico and getting antibiotics? I live in New Mexico and I know it’s fairly common for people to do that, I’m just not sure about the whole process because I’ve never been to Mexico.

Tell them to send off a throat culture next time … or tell them you are worried about the recent outbreaks of fusobacterium necrophorum…… Some folks go to tractor supply and use the penicillin G shots but those are for animal use only and easy to overdose on

You've got to be shitting me. I'm going to have to get grey market antibiotics when the ones in my fish hospital kit expire? It was bad enough when I had to get lamb dewormer for my angelfish.....

Next stop - we are discussing where to get benzos. You know, for emergency supply stash 😂

Someone has recently suggested here that I need to pop a couple xans. Or better yet, wake me up when we get to hallucinogens 🤣

My old roommate once gave me an Xanax when I had my first ever panic attack while living with him. I remember thinking wow this is amazing! I should figure out how to get these! And then I immediately gave up trying to get them after my doctor said no because trying to source prescription drugs is actually a lot of work.

I don’t even know how I’m here.
