Considering spreading my shots out more. I noticed if I pin once a week or every 5 days I don’t feel the effects as much than if I dose the same amount more spread out. Is there any downside that we know of for pinning less more frequently? I don’t want to adapt to it too fast

I’m assuming you mean you don’t feel the hunger suppression as much on once a week? And that you feel better suppression spreading it out?

If so, yes, many split-dose for a number of reasons, this is one of them. The only “downside” that we are aware of at this point, is that your peak level will be lower (but more sustained at a moderate level). Personally I don’t consider it a downside, but everyone is different. If it works for you, go for it.

Other arguments might be the hassle of remembering more than 1x/week- but IMO, the benefits far outweigh any known potential downsides.

I'm not on Tirz but I do this on Reta. Same as AlexSilver, I started microdoses to avoid sides and then progressed slowly. Started the beginning of the year and just recently bumped up to 2mg E3D. Down 27lbs so far.

Oooo, didn't mean to be unclear, I take also Reta.

What makes survo stand out against the other glp1s to you?
I just started with it. I am 2 doses in at very low starting dose of 0.3mg. I don't believe I am having effect from it yet. I cannot say.

I started with Sema and did well. I considered stacking low dose Sema with Tirz but decided to try Survo instead. I'd read it is an effective pairing. We shall see.

first take a look at the glp1 plotter. https://glp1plotter.com/
Different glps have different half lifes which will be plotted on the graph.
The offset day is if you are waiting to pin on a certain day or after another dose etc..you can set start date etc..
I pinned every three days for months and it worked well for me. After arriving at goal or close enough I have lengthened to every 4 days.

Tirz half life is 5 days, reta 6 days and sema is 7 days

Yeah I honestly don’t mind a less intense peak because I have gotten sick a couple times now on the day I pin and then I feel ravenous a few days later. I enjoy when I can tell it’s in my system but it’s not too overwhelming and I can still eat.

Have been doing reta 4.5mg/sema 0.75mg q3 days for the past 3 months. had stalled on 8mg reta and didn't tolerate 10mg weekly. Have lost another 8lbs ( 110lbs total) since starting this and no side effects. the plotter says that I'm getting an average level of 2.7 of sema and 12.8 of reta. thinking of switching out the sema for the next batch
