Hi, these pictures are from a batch of T60 from BFF that I'm the test lead. I've read that BFF has ugly pucks, but this looks a little weird. The vials I received are way less pulverized than these, I've included a picture of my kit below. Ugly is one thing.... Any ideas of what could be going on here? I'm not at home right now so I can't take a picture of my vials outside of the plastic case, but the vials are similar to the first vial, like all spotted. Does the middle vial look crystalized? Or is that "normal" tirz dust 🙃

Thanks for any thoughts or advice on these....

These are from one of the donors:

These are from my kits (same batch):

They are ugly. But if they test well, it won't matter much what they look like🙂

Yes, definitely ugly. We have 4 vials on their way to Czechia, so we'll see what happens. From everything I read, BFF generally tests really well. I also recall reading something that Peter Magic did comment on BFF's ugly pucks saying it has more to do with the manufacturing process rather than the shipping, but I can't find that now.

I think I have the same batch. Mine were pretty broken up as well (like no puck). I know it's pretty normal. I don't plan on using them for quite a bit anyway.

Thanks! Good to know that others have received similar looking kits. The batch we're testing was from 12/2/25, but BFF has a lot of batches of T60 around this time, there was one in November and also a batch in January, I believe.

I bought 2 kits and some of the vials are more broken up than others. The picture of my kit kind of looks more like pucks than the donors vials. I would say that it's hard to tell from the picture of my kit, but the vials in my kits do have that same "over spray" that the donors vials look to have. It's just hard to tell because my vials were in a case. When I get home tomorrow I'm going to pull a couple of vials out of the freezer and take a look.
