Does this look right?

Is your friend just starting out? I’m not sure I’d want to take 6.6mg twice weekly as a starting point. The titration schedule is crazy fast too. Typical starting dose is 2.5mg per week for 4 weeks.

Yes, She is just starting out. I think someone made a mistake.

Yeah I looks like Someone probably messed up the math on reconstitution or the dosing schedule. my guess. Can she ask the shop how much BAC they added to the Tirz and is there anything else in this mix like b12 or something hidden?

My friend got this at a shop the other day. How can this be right?

We're missing one number, the total volume. If it's 3ml, then the first four doses (33U) are 2.2mg ea. (4.4mg/wk); the second four doses (37U) are ~2.47mg ea. (4.94mg/wk). Those eight doses gets you to ~18.68 mg and 2.8ml used. Using the same scale, the 41U doses would be ~2.73mg (~5.46g/wk), but that would be from a new pen. Kinda weird titration schedule for sure. Please forgive the indelicate question, but maybe they're starting out high because of your friend's high starting weight? I know that's not the ususal protocol.

My friend is a 70 year old woman who is about 5-08 and 140 lbs. She just wanted to drop a few pounds. I am going to go by the shop and find out tomorrow.

Well, we know if there's only one pen, then it needs to be at least as much as the units to be given on the schedule:
33*4+37*4+41*2... but that's 280+82=362 units= 3.6ml?!?

I certainly wouldn't try putting 3.6ml in cart. Maybe 3.1ml? It won't fit.
If there are 3.6ml (maybe 2 pens?), then it would be 0.055mg/unit.
That would make the first dose 1.8mg twice a week. Still pretty HIGH!
If it was really 10mg into 3.6ml and 1.1mg twice a week, that would make sense.

It's a local place that sells all the peptides over the counter. Like a med spa but just a peptide store.
This sounds sketchy as hell and I would not inject anything into my body that someone like that tried to sell me. Also, if someone selling something like that tried to explain to me why they thought a brick and mortar shop openly selling what is almost certainly on-site grey already-reconstituted by someone with bad judgement was a good idea, I would only be able to hear the first four words. I go deaf when someone shady tries to explain anything. I also can't hear dudes explaining feminism, unsolicited advice, or any answers to a yes or no question I've asked that does not begin or end with 1, Yes 0, No 2, I'm not sure or 3, Sometimes.

Good point, I read it too quickly!

A 70 year old who is pretty much normal weight goes to a peptide store and buys a poorly labeled injection pen of tirz with a rapid titration schedule of an unknown concentration. What could go wrong?

Looking forward to hearing what the shop tells you about the concentration.

I almost said, "what the fuck is a unit?"
Of course I know, but I only deal in milligrams(mg) and milliliters(ml).
People get all confused by crossing thing up. All this Goofy concentrations shit too.
My dose is always .5ml. The concentration changes but the ml stays the same.
I'm nobody's doctor nor keeper. Rant over.
