does your rs heartrate keep rising with higher doses? or does it settle?

Yep, day 6 after reta injection woke up with 65 BPM now 75 at pc

Wears off after 5 days just like Tirz 16mg that i am also taking.

Hopefully will get better with more dosage

My HR shot up probably 15-20 bpm & remains elevated, sitting at ~75-85 resting. 5 weeks, escalating from 2mg to 4mg. Take a few grams of taurine to reduce in morning & before bed along w/ electrolytes since keto, but do think that has something to do w/ it.

It's back down now to 70-80bpm.

I did switch to carnivore diet from high carb low fat thou

Will have to see when I switch back to high carb and up the dose to 5.25mg

But it calmed down a lot faster than I've read ( 24 weeks in the trials )

My RHR was right around 50 bpm for the 2 years prior to starting reta during the middle of June. It seems to have plateaued now.

Just curious, do you see a cardiologist? My rhr dropped into the 40’s and diagnosed with bradycardia with Av block. First appointment with cardiologist I went from his office to the ER. Pacemaker installed after a couple of days of testing. (MRI etc)

That dude is an insufferable ass. I don't care about his trips to Disneyland. If he actually discusses an increased heartrate tell us where to skip ahead in the video just in case he does possess a kernel of knowledge.
Seriously, I am so allergic to the serious-podcast-man-with-knowledge-he-will-now-bestow voice. My brain just clicks off and my nervous system starts looking for an escape route.
