This chart is pretty accurate.. I was on 250mcg for 6 weeks. It stopped working and I was getting hungry. Upped it to 500mcg and all good now. Massive fatigue though lol.. Which I didnt get at the 250mcg dose

I am was also on 6mg of reta per week. This week increasing to 8mg too.
