Sorry to say this, but this is almost certainly the worst question ever on this forum. You do understand that without a lot more information it is totally impossible to answer? Even allowing for it to be in the cagri/cagrisema category, does not help that much.
If it is cagri, start at 0.25mg, cagri often has significant nausea and fatigue, and go up slowly, every 4 weeks. Especially if you are using it as an add on to reta or tirz, which seems to be what most people do with cagri.
Despite the above comment, please ask stupid questions, but include some details. It is 100 times safer to ask questions than go ahead when you do not know what you are doing, getting doses wrong is by far the most common serious mistake people make and it happens all the time even to people who have been doing it for a while.
