Dosing for dementia prevention?

My grandma and grandpa (mom’s parents) both got dementia so my mom is paranoid. She’s 62.
sema has been studied and shown to prevent/slow the progression anyone know the dosing??? I couldn’t find it anywhere … I mean I assume it’s the standard but does it need to be maxed out???? I was going to just set her up on the starting dose and keep her there she has no weight issues. But if anyone knows of any studies or anywhere that has the dosing would appreciate!

Everything I've seen is working off pretty similar dosing schedules which basically mirror the standard dosing for weight loss.

This is my assumption already being thin though I think I’ll keep her at starting dose since appetite suppression is completely unnecessary

Same! Long family history of dementia and both my mom and I are concerned. She’s 65 and doesn’t have any early onset signs - and I’d like to keep it that was as long as possible.

I’ve been researching Pinealon, Semax, and Cerebrolysin or NAD for her….I’d love to hear other ideas and opinions!

My mom is 63 so similar. The research they started on Glp1s stopping the progression and possibly even preventing it have been really good. Shes already thin so weight loss is not necessary which I’ve been wondering if micro dosing would be effective
