Canada Driving from US to Canada border

I’m curious about real-world experiences driving across the US-Canada border with research peptides intended for personal use.

• What was the border process like?
• Did you declare them or not?
• Any interactions with border officers?
• What happened — smooth crossing, questions asked, seizure, or something else?

Also interested to hear from people who regularly drive across the border about what the inspection process is like. Do they go through personal items? I’ve never crossed by car.

Only answer the questions you're asked. Don't declare anything except alcohol and tobacco. Don't bring any fruits or veggies. Smile and take your sun glasses off. Be polite and you'll have no issues. Getting back can be a whole lot worse than crossing into Canada. I've done it 50+ times over 35 years and never had an issue crossing at the Canadian border. When you come back, same deal. Only answer the questions that they ask you, be polite and take off any sunglasses. Neither of them give a shit about your peptides for personal use. This is my experience only.

Normally it's pretty quick. Where you from? Where you go? For how long ? Something to declare? And when you come back, it's have you purchase more than X dollars of items ?Any Alcohol?

2-3 minutes max. Just dont look suspicious

Lol. Well, try not to. They count on people blabbing way more info than they asked for. And if you have kids, tell them to keep quiet and don't speak unless spoken to. For sure, you don't want one of them yelling out,"BUT DAD!? WHAT ABOUT ALL THE PRESENTS WE BROUGHT!!?", like I did one year.

Ever been searched before where they empty every bag you have and try to tear apart your car? I have. Most people don't and then say they had no problems. In my case I wasn't carrying anything banned.

My advice:
If anyone asks if you have medication, (verbal or written) don't lie, they will find it and there will be trouble. At that point they will ask you what they are, be prepared.

Also, not declaring is bad advice, if they search you there will be fines and/or refusal into the country, lying is perjury and you will have broken the law. I myself don't want to be banned for life, it happens, but not to me.

There are laws requring an Rx in each country, they don't enforce it much unless you give them a reason.

Most likeley all they will do is swab it and determine it's not schedule I or II drugs.
Don't bring more than a 90 day supply or if it appears to be more than a 90 day supply.

One guy had many pills and 50+ disposable pens and just kept mumbling the word "insulin" (it was a glp-1 of some sort) they got a supervisor that asked for an Rx, it wasn't in english and they let him go without confiscating his large amount of pens and pills.

Most peps might be OK but I've seen them at minimum confiscate Schedule III for small amounts and have seen them arrest people for a larger amounts of steroids without Rx.

I've never had a problem going TO Canada. Not once. I have had problems coming back and had the car torn apart twice by US CBP because I had a Cuban cigar one time. The other time, it was just for their entertainment. They even took the seats out. Even then, they never asked for prescriptions for any meds we had and never even asked about it. Maybe that's changed. I keep my peps in a travel case and have also flown with them with no issues. Again, personal amounts are very unlikely to cause as issue.
