Good day folks,

When RS first started on 1.25mg of Tirzepatide every 4 days, it curbes its love for food for around 1000 kcal a day, bringing the total to a normal maintenance of around 2-2.5kcals a day. During the first 4 weeks, lost around 5kg of fat and water weight.

Moving forward, RS had to increase the dosage as it lost its grip on the food noise. Currently, on 3.25mg every other day, RS still struggles with food noise having had 4kcal food intake just yesterday.

Thoughts and advise is much appreciated.

Sprinkle in a little cheap semaglutide on it...

Or increase the Tirz dose...

I think also you'll have some days where the Tirz is effective and some days where you feel like raiding the cookie jar. Is it real hunger or is your brain telling you if you have a snack you'll feel better?

Mostly for me I'm not hungry but I eat anyway.

Couple thoughts.... For your RS. I'd probably stack a little Semaglutide on the regimen. If you do this... don't get fancy with a shot of it every other day.... follow the recommended weekly titration schedule.

Thanks for the advice.

It's not physical hunger, it's the good old food noise that used to be curbed on tirz.

The reason RS does tirz eod is to manage side effects, specifically, constipation.

Yeah, constipation really is my biggest complaint about the whole GLP1 game. But you take the good with the bad.

Some recommend a dose of Miralax in the AM and 1 Mag07 every night before bed. Haven't tried it.

If you're adamant about not increasing the dose... I think I'd recommend avoiding carbs. It seems like when I break the seal and eat some starch, my food cravings spike for the day. This is especially true if I eat simple sugars. It resets overnight and I get another chance... so if you eat breakfast, try to avoid carbs. See if it tilts the tables in your favor on the food noise.
