Eloralintide and Tirzepatide Rat Study

I am looking for solutions for my landlord that is 450, with a high of about 600. He's currently taking a high 20mg dose of reta/tirz and needs something more. Ive been debating Cagri...

I'm going to seriously date myself here, but cagri honestly reminds me of Fen-Phen from the early 1990s. If anyone was on that back in the day, appeptite didn't just diminish, it became alien. Food simply stopped being interesting. I would often look at a meal genuinely indifferent, not just "not hungry".

This was how Ephedra was for me in the early 2000s, plus the added energy boost (I would get the giant bottles of MetaboLife at Costco). I was unstoppable! I still remember how powerful I felt when I was offered ice cream and for the first time, I said, “No, thanks, I’m good.” Nearly blew my own mind.

…but at the same time, I was probably also headed straight towards a cardiac incident, so it was good thing when the stuff got banned. 😅

Man, I sure looked good, though!

My first batch of Cagri arrives today, and I’m excited to give it a try.

If the doses in the trial using elora and tirz is 1 (assuming this is a starting dose),3,6 and 9mg, a 10mg vial could be for 2-3 weeks for a while.

Elora has a half life of 12.9 - 15.9 days. So based on 3, 6, 9 mg dose it could last 6, 3 or 1 week. If you are stacking on reta or tirz, you probably would start at even lower doses like 1mg and titrate up. So its gonna last even more.

I hope it does not have tricky pH requirement like cagri does.

Totally agree that this is only a rat study, but since cagrilintide is additive in humans, chances are that eloralintide will similarly apply to humans. Or at least that's my wishful thinking 🤣.

Can you imagine? 28% on tirzepatide + 20% on eloralintide combined. We're talking a potential huge dent in the obesity epidemic as we know it.

This stack would literally help me reach goal weight. I've lost 22% of my total weight on tirzepatide and I want to lose around 45% total. losing another 20% with eloralintide would be perfect for me .

The good news from the rat study (if it holds in humans) is that delayed administration of elora results in additive weightloss when tirzepatide starts to stall.

Time to order some elora if you haven't already!
