Energy + Mood Support?
Been on TZ 12.5mg (Thursdays) since Jan and recently added Cagri 0.3 (Sun/Mon). Thinking about adding something for energy + mood.

I’ve been exhausted for months—like barely-functioning tired—and my mood has definitely dipped. I also deal with IR from PCOS and chronic inflammation from full L-spine herniations, so anything that helps with that is a bonus.

Anyone add something that helped?

My suggestions will vary depending whether or not you mind looking like a tweaker

@AndyPanda is my energy guru:

with a lot of these peptides and supplements you won’t feel much of anything unless it is something you are deficient in. I think it’s why so many people go for Clenbutetol or stimulants. It isn’t natural and you can feel it working.

Clenbuterol (40 mg each morning PRN) is what I am using now for an energy boost. It feels like clean energy. At the very most, my resting heart rate has gone up only a few beats per minute, if at all. No noticeable change to blood pressure. So no jitters, and Andy has made a similar comment about how he felt worse effects from caffeine.

I just started taking it recently. I take it most days, but not every day, and it stays in your system way longer than caffeine. The most noticeable objective change was my oxygen saturation when sleeping went up 2 percent (per my Fitbit), which makes sense since it is used in Europe for things like COPD. (Clenbuterol is not approved for human use in the US, but it is available from Indian pharmacies, including a favorite.)

But regarding peptides, I plan to try MOTS-c sometime to see how it feels regarding energy. MOTS-c is naturally increased by exercise, but more is better I guess. NAD+ is also popular, but I don't see as many posts about it helping with energy.

Recovery peptides like BPC-157 and TB-500 may help with the back issues. But they cannot substitute for physical therapy or a pain management provider. My spouse continues to benefit from a neurostimulator implant.

As you probably know, cagri can be very fatiguing, far more so than tirz.

Correction: 40 mcg. And I read on the steroid forums to cycle it, and the safety profile can be increased by adding electrolytes and the cardioselective beta-blocker nebivolol. But at least some of that advice may be overstated. In any case: "In the spirit of harm reduction, if people are going to take it, and they can’t be persuaded not to by the GP, what we’re seeing from human use for asthma is people shouldn’t use more than 20-40 micrograms a day."

I don't use clen most days now, since my body has adjusted to the tirz, with no tirz-related fatigue anymore (if it was tirz-related since I had fatigue before too).
