I’m 47M recently switched from 1mg to Ozempic to 3.75mg tirz, and finally broke through my 6 month weight plateau. Now down another 15 lbs after 3 weeks even with the increased hunger and calories. Also my severe constipation is no longer an issue. Down from a high of 250lbs, now at 205 at 6’

Problem is energy. I have severe fatigue from a sleep disorder which started before the GLP’s. I currently take Provigil for EDS, but it only moderately works.

I got sober off crystal meth 3 yrs ago, got fat, and developed a sleeping disorder.

All that to say, I would like to know what stack or protocol would help most with energy during the day for the least amount of $$
:joy:
.

Comparing a SS31 then mots-c course, to a NAD+ course: Which is bigger bang for the buck?

What are benefits of each?

Thank you for your help.

I recently started Lipo-C with B-12. It seems to have helped a little bit, but it's still early, so that may just be a placebo effect.

Honestly, though the best way to have more and better energy is and will always be the one that sucks the most. Being more active.

When I get home from a 10-12 hour shift and am dragging ass the last thing I want to do is pick up my powerblocks and work out but I do it anyway. I feel notably better and have higher energy levels when I regularly work out than when I get lazy and skip my workouts. As a bonus, it helps with fat burn and muscle retention but the biggest benefit is the increased energy.

Additionally, if you have not been tested for it but have the symptoms of sleep apnea (snoring fatigue headaches in the morning etc) get a sleep study done. My CPAP is a pain in the ass and I hate it, but wearing it every night has done wonders for my fatigue and has been one of the single biggest energy-boosting things I have done.

Yeah thanks. I do have obstructive and central sleep apnea and I used a BiPAP for two years. My mask broke and I stopped using for a few weeks and realized it wasn’t offering any benefit. Part of the problem is that even with the mask, I never reach delta sleep, and very little REM. Because I have other sleep disorders besides OSA and CSA.

I am going to try DSIP i think.

DSIP won't help you fall asleep faster BUT it will help you sleep more deeply once you do. Also look into Epithalon, KPV, and VIP for sleep. I'm currently using both DSIP and Epithalon to help regulate my very odd circadian rhythm and other sleep disturbances. And maybe consider getting a new CPAP as a first start. Then add the peps to help. Sleep issues are so complex and not that well understood. Wishing you good luck!
