Hello all. Male, mid 40's from Ireland. I have struggled with weight loss since my late teens. I used to be able to drop some weight with not too much effort but since I hit my 40's it's really difficult. I'm hoping a glp-1 will assist me. Anyway lots to research on here and thanks all for the time and effort you guys give to the new members.

I remember my gp telling me in my Early 30's to try and lose the weight as once you hit 40 it becomes a lot harder. I should have listened. In the past a keto diet is the only method that had great results.

You are at the right place, plenty over 50 dropping the weight with glp1s. Go low and slow, less issues and side effects.

I'm slowly gathering more information. I have downloaded the Exodus wallet and I have successfully sent a very small amount of BTC to it successfully.

I have joined two telegram vendor groups to get a feel for the whole process.

What I need to do next is study up more on the reconstituting of reta and the quantity. The process itself looks simple enough. My aim is to go for a 10mg kits when it's available.

What was most people's first purchase on the grey market. I don't know if I should play it safe and order a small quantity or just go for the 10 viles kit. ???

Check out their discords too. I find them easier to find information. Keep reading and if you haven't been to STG check that out too. Watch videos on reconstitution and cleanliness! Figure out where you're going to get all your other materials (BAC etc or a kit for the first time). If you're not used to jabbing, figure out how you'll do that. I hate needles!

As for kit or single. They're the same price for ~10x and if you go in with a group probably similarly tested, but you're dealing with more people and probably longer waits (maybe wait another 4 weeks after delivery just to see if anyone else in the group complains). I went kit, because I had already been using a compounder for months (and they probably get their supplies from overseas). It's all up to what you feel comfortable with. Be careful out there.

Yes I have found so far on the telegram app there is a lot of useless chat. And I already started getting spoof messages from strangers. Can I ask, what is STG? Probably a dumb question

Keep looking on this forum. You've got a lot deeper to go down the hole, but you'll have to search for things. Tiktok and Insta have flooded the zone so lots of things are not so open as before, but it's all still around.

Two resources I think are OK to mention here are StairwayToGrey and Peppys. If you look around you'll find links to forums, discords, and telegrams. Some of them will be old or broken. Some will still work and take you deeper. Read the arguments on whether to filter or not, microdosing with pens, which vendor had a quality/delivery failure (lately?), who's shilling, and who's a jerk >:^D .

Reading is fundamental - always good information around the corner. I agree Telegram can get a bit messy. Discord is much easier to keep organized.
