Hey guys, I’m 6’5 222, been in and out of the gym for years and multiple times gotten close to my fitness goals but could never truly slim all the way down.

My goals are mostly to lose body fat, I’m down from 255 without assistance, gym and diet mostly. Also interested in researching if there are muscle enhancing peptides too?

Most popular seems to be reta currently which I’m interested in.

Thanks for the support this has been super overhwleming

Thank you for the introduction.
Do you have any idea what you're current bodyfat level is? 222 at 6'5 could be pretty lean if you're decently jacked.

I don’t, I do have decent muscle tone on me, my absolute meanest while also at my peak strength I was probably 200 even, but even then still had minimal abs showing and love handles, my lightest ever at my height was 180, but I had 0 muscle and was like a noodle

I'm going to assume that you aren't significantly overweight then. Reta is pretty powerful, so I'd definitely start VERY slow with it.

Yeah from research I’m happy to start with .5 and I’m very patient, I just say I think I’m a pretty smart dude but navigating this has been tough, I’m still trying to find the vendor lists 😭

🤦‍♂️

Never trust any "list".

Assume that the parties behind every list have some kind of incentive (financial or otherwise) to manipulate the list in their own best interests and not yours.

There are numerous vendors with a presence in the Vendor Connection section of the forum, and countless vendors discussed throughout the forum including names, contacts, products, prices, service, test results, etc. Even then, never assume that any single recommendation or even group consensus means that is the best choice for you. This endeavor requires a degree of self-education and evaluation to find the best fit for each individual's circumstances and risk profile.

Bottom line is buying these products is not like grabbing a menu and asking the person sitting at the next table if you should go with the steak from that restaurant or the one down the street that maybe has better prices but the staff isn't as friendly. Assume the guy you're asking either owns the restaurant or gets a free steak or cash bonus for persuading you to eat there.
