Hi all, I've been going to the gym consistently for the best part of 2 years but I recently started having dizzy spells whenever I stood up, got too hot or over exerted. Both in the gym and just in day to day life. Popped myself along to my GP as soon as it started happening and have been having testing done which has today been given the official diagnosis of POTS. My GP has advised that I adapt my workouts to be mainly seated with no overly heavy lifting incase I pass out and injure myself. Does anyone have any suggestions on seated (or at the very least supported), low impact exercise that will still yield decent results? Does anyone else in here have POTS and have any advice in general on how to help it? 💖
