Exodus that simple?

As you may know, Kraken has a 7-day hold for transfers or withdrawals, even for established users.

I use Gemini to remind me what is what with the crypto network symbols.

I thought I understood this but I don't. I used a vendor for an example regarding buying with crypto. I wanted to try a stable coin due to the information above. They take amongst other crypto USDT-tre20 and USDT-erc20,eth,USDC.
My plan is to purchase on kraken and then send it to Exodus wallet. I can't even find those coins on kraken. What am I missing? I just want to be in a position to purchase when the time comes.
That's 2 and 3 steps past bitcoin which is my level.... still I'm one of 30 people that understand the whole exodus concept is decentralized and uncontrolled.... no need to buy paypal, coinbase or anyone else. You can buy directly on exodus that goes straight to ur SECURED wallet that u can buy directly from vendor without your account being scrutinized or frozen. I buy 380 of btc for a 360 order and after fees I'm still charged maybe 367....

Kraken is the worst exchange I've ever used. In Kraken transactions are held 7+ business days and accounts are closed for "security" reasons without explanation. Crypto.com is a close 2nd worse.

Getting your wallet funded can be easy if you initially use Coinbase or are able to use PayPal in your state. I haven't bought from my Exodus wallet but wouldn't hesitate to do so. PayPal (PYUsd) is too easy (and free) in my state.

There's tons of crypto help with objective opinions from many new to crypto in this forum.

PYUSD is free to buy then fees to send, then fees to convert. Seemed more expensive than buying directly in Exodus?

I will look at it again. I was apprehensive about linking my bank account card to Exodus to buy direct but this is probably the most straightforward method.
I have searched through my PayPal and see no crypto options. I'm based in Ireland so this feature is possibly not available.
