Hi. New here. I have learned that some peps work much better fasted. So that's now how I use them. And what a difference. Cjc/ipa right before bed, not noticeable with food in me, puts me right to sleep, fasted. Mots c in the morning, didn't seem to help if taken fasted, then eat, then workout. But taken fasted firsting in the am, and workout fasted right after, I can really get a better workout.
Do other people experiance this?
