Fat burners with ephedrine

I recommend HGH. Probably better if you are sub 20% BF though.

Historically fat burners do not work well. Too many sides and any weight you lose will come right back when you stop taking them. They are hard on your body. Diet, eat real food and avoid sugar and processed foods as much as you can. Get on a GLP if you have much to lose. I am old and have tried just about everything and there are no shortcuts or quick fixes. Takes time and effort but worth it.
