Not sure why my last thread got deleted (about a vendor sending me possibly something else) but I feel kinda hopeless now since its gone. I dont think I broke any rules but if other people commented stuff they shouldn't have, then those comments should of been deleted. Not me explaining how I think a vendor gave me the wrong product and my experience with it. I was hoping this would save me on money, lose weight, and get healthier overall. I know peptides arent the answer but I hoped it was the push I needed. Spending $200 to a "trusted" vendor on here who only will accept a Jano test result (another $210 but that's before the price increase. Not to mention Jano wants me to tell them what peptide I have. What's the point of blind testing when I gotta tell them what I have). People mentioned about group testing but apparently that's hard to get into because either its full 1 month or not that many people are doing it. Am I just supposed to spend another $200 with some other vendor in hopes I receive what I actually bought? Or be petty and pay that $200 to test my vials, in hopes the vendor reimburses me. Has anyone gotten their stuff tested, came back wrong, and the vendor did them right? Money is tight for me and im trying to decide on the choice right now of either blind buying from someone else or getting my stuff tested.

As far as I know, component testing is not conducted in a "I want to know what is in here" manner, but rather checks "what percentage of purity this substance has and how much of it is contained." The former is also possible, but the method would be different.

I just ordered a kit of reta through a vendor from this forum. They had a sponsor tag and according from the activity in their TG they were 'honest'. However, i always kept it in the back of my mind that it is at own risk. We're buying unregulated stuff from a lab in China. We never know if we're injecting the next pandemic into our bodies.

Honestly you can do either way, but if the vendor doesn't repay even with jano tests you made another loss.

Why do you think you were sold something else, what did you order? Did the labels match?

I'm sorry you're experiencing this. I think if you don't want to risk of losing money bc of going gray and having to test, I would advise that you search for local vendors in your country (not sure if you're in the US). I also still have lots to learn with going gray, but bc I don't want to deal with my own testing or crypto right now, I only ordered from US vendors when they have sales.
I've read from a post here that mentioned about the costs and headaches of testing is worth it by paying just a bit more compared to gray. Money is also tight for me, so I'm always searching for deals/discounts from US based companies. This gives me the relief that I know what I'm getting and money well spent with less headaches. Good luck to you.

I know you are saying you think you got something that was not what you ordered, but how do you know? It is genuinely rare for that to happen, even more so if from a seller with a good reputation. I do not see how you can tell what you got unless it is a drug or peptide you have taken before, and it had very specific effects or side effects. And it sounds like you have not tried them before, and I have no idea what peptide it was.

Buying grey peptides carries risks, you have to accept that an order is not going to arrive or be faulty ( much less likely ) at some point, and accept that as part of the deal of getting glp drugs for 1/20th the price. If you do not trust what you bought, buy again from a seller with a good reputation, as this is probably the most reliable simple way of picking a vendor. Their whole business model relies on not getting bad reviews or bad test results published, so it makes them care enough to get it right.
