Fellow early gym goers and Mot-c

Need some advice around Mot-c and timing whilst fasted.

I currently train at 4:30am, usually just pre-workout with added carbs before training.
when do other early gym goers take their Mot-c? Is it okay to take before gym and then have carbs 30 minutes later?
 
I workout @ 5am. I wake up at 4/415 am. Take my MOTS-C shot around 4:25am. Timing shouldn’t matter too much as long as you get it in your system (someone correct me if I’m wrong).

I had been dosing it every day @ 1-1.5mg each morning and just recently started doing 2.5mg MWF to reduce the injection frequency. Tbh I haven’t noticed much of a difference.

Even though the half-life is short, I can feel it building steadily until my next shot. I am on week 5 of 8. Probably tied for second behind Tirz and Tesa as my favorite pep.I did run SS-31 for a month back in November. Just started back on it again and now teamed up with Mots-c. Will take a break in May, but I don't want to.

I did 1mg everyday for the first week, then I switch to the typical 5mg 3x/wk (Mon-Wed-Fri).
I have also been doing the 1mg daily, and noticed it pretty quickly. Initially felt lethargic for around the first 3-4 days and now it feels like a small buzz of energy constantly - not a huge amount, but enough to notice and want to continue with it.

I may increase the dose slightly and change to every other day like peoples recommendations.
 
By the second dose, I could really pinpoint it. Super clean, not jittery stimulant energy.

The one thing I did notice is that I don't get that slight buzz feeling from my pre-workout that I use to. It's Total War by Redcon1.

But yeah, exercising in a fasted state is excellent, depending on your goals, of course. In terms of effects, Mots-C is an exercise mimetic. As of right now, all EMs duplicate cardio/aerobic exercise benefits. Based on what I have seen and heard from Mots-C users, the symptomatic effect of the pep seems similar to what Clen users experience, though at a milder level. Naturally, the systemic mitochondrial effects of Mots-C over the long term are its true purpose, so I would focus on that as the primary purpose of using Mots.

Its not by choice that I am up that early. I have a newborn that wakes multiple times throughout the night and then wide awake at 5am so i try to get back home to help the wife. I generally just go when he wakes for a feed around 3 or 4 A.M as I am already up.

I've got some Mots on the way, is it best utilized to dose before a workout? Also, are you dosing it daily? As in even on days outside of the gym, or only as a energy boost?

Anyway, since you're a senior, I will give a discount on the punishment. Exercise mimetics are these cool dames who create in the human body the same effects that exercise brings. Mots is a prima donna in the current list of dames who erect the lost vigor of men, amongst the disabled dames class. Of course, she is not as nut-worthy as say Clenbuterol, ephedra, etc but those are risky babes useful for casual flings. Mots is a chick for the ring, long-term shenanigans.

Yup! When I was dosing it every morning, it was pre-workout. I would still have some carbs via EAAs + Cluster Dextrin (25-30g carbs total) + a caffeine tab before or during my workout. Otherwise I’d go Hypoglycemic.

Tbh I think you’re fine taking in carbs or fasted. End of the day it will be your calorie deficit. One thing to note, mots-c def improves insulin sensitivity so it’ll better partition carbs to your muscles.

Been dosing it since last October. Tbh I don’t notice too much from it beyond some better insulin sensitivity which I confirmed via my CGM. But I never got an energetic or stim feeling from it. I kinda view it as ‘software running in the background’ just keeping things optimal. 😅

How’re you liking the 5mg MWF dosing? Notice any difference?

I haven't noticed anything. I just know on the bodybuilding forum they rant'n'rave about how much energy they get from it. I was expecting to feel like I drank 10 espressos or something...lol

And I can't believe my mitochondrial is damaged. They are no signs or evidence to that effect.

I choose M-W-F because I just didn't want to pin it everyday. I'll keep trying it.

I tried 3ml this morning before my leg session and even after an hour of heavy legs, I felt I could have continued.
Definitely a noticeable difference.

I can't say that fairly. I was on TRT for the past year, only 50mg/wk was prescribed.
I doubled that and also added 100mg of NPP, split into 50mg x2/wk.
The NPP allows me to workout every day with feeling any recovery soreness. I do feel a wind exhausted after working my shoulders for 90 minutes, but every set is to failure. Chest/triceps is a 2hr w/o, biceps/forearms is 90 minutes and back/legs is 2hrs.
I have only taken 2 rest days since January.
 
I cant wait to get on TRT.
Have my bloods tomorrow and hopefully this baby and lack of sleep have tanked my test levels even further.
Tried 6 months ago but was just above acceptable TRT levels.

I wasn't looking for TRT. I went to my doctor because I was in a bad state of depression.
Turns out it was all because of EXTREMELY low testosterone levels. My body stopped producing it.
I seen an endocrinologist and 2 hours after my first injection I felt GREAT !
Unbelievable that is due to low test. And depression gone...2 hours after !!!

Went to the gym for the first time at 4:30am and there's wasn't crowds of broccoli heads everywhere and was able to get a sick workout in without waiting for a single machine.

Had gone to bed at like 11pm the night before so obviously not optimal but looking to see how you guys do it.

This week has been 3:30am gym sessions and generally go to bed when i get the baby down around 7-7:30pm.
Only 2 other people in the gym at that time which is amazing, i have a strict gym plan thag I like to follow and hate when I have to go off schedule cause a machine is taken by some broccoli head.

I usually go to bed at 930pm, but I'm a senior. Then I'm up at 4am and usually can't get back to sleep properly.

I go to the gym at 8am (not 745) after the working class vacates the gym. I made the mistake of going a bit early......well never again. I don't want to see a fat hairy naked ass when I walk into the change room 🤢🤢🤢

OKAY.....I did a lot of reading/research yesterday; I did do a lot before ordering Mots-C.
But reading peoples comments about how they had so much energy when going to the gym just clouded my thinking. I cleared my mind and it finally sunk in. I apologize if you already know this.

"Deesol" and I were expecting it to have a energetic or stim feeling like a pre-workout.
It does NOT do that. It is not a stimulant. It is known to improve physical performance by acting as a mitochondrial-derived peptide that optimizes cellular metabolism and energy production.

So with that said, here is what I noticed since I started 1 1/2weeks ago.

1. I lost 2lbs in 1 1/2 weeks. I think that's a lot. It's the most I lost this month in that time frame. I'm now at 141lbs. I can rest assure I have not lost any lean muscle tissue. I will attach a pic I took at the gym today. My cheap weight scale indicates I went up 0.2 in muscle mass.

2. This might be normal progressive overload, but I increased about 25% of my reps by at least 1 in the last week using the same weight. I will have to monitor this over the next few weeks.

3. I think this is most important and it confirms what "jimmyjames01" mentioned. I do not feel exhausted at the end of my 90 minute workout. I walked through the parking lot today so fast that I actually walked past my car....lol. I feel like I can keep working out or go for a run.

To sum it up, I believe Mots-C is working. I was just under the assumption that I would feel some stim.

And I will stay with the Mon-Wed-Fri 5mg pin because....The biological effects, including AMPK pathway activation and improved insulin sensitivity persist for 24–72 hours or longer, as the peptide triggers lasting changes in mitochondrial function and cellular metabolism.
