Fibromyalgia stack?

So my MIL has seen my results of loosing 50 lbs over the past several months and finally wants to work to get healthy. MIL deals with fibromyalgia and wants to loose 100+ lbs. She also has a nasty diet coke habit (drinks 7/day) and has chronic pain, migraines and fatigue. :(

If you deal with fibromyalgia what are your favorite peps? I'm thinking start her with Tirz then adding in BPC/TB500 and NAD. Work on her weight (Tz), get the inflammation down (BPC/TB) and increase her energy (NAD). We've discussed her focusing on protein, adding more water and as she feels better move more throughout the day.
 
I’m really of no help here, but have you heard of bioregulators? I think if you’re willing to go further down the rabbit hole you just might find some helpful resources.
