Filter yes or no

Hmm, never considered using air to push out the holdup out of the filter. I followed a guide I found on Peppy's that has you push extra BAC through (adjusted for the size of the filter). Did it the first time last week and it went smoothly without needing to force it.

I only filter if I have to transfer vials in order to add more BAC. Most of the peps I used are used within two weeks so I don’t really work about the risk. I figure that I will introduce more risk by transferring to a vial that I’m not 100% sure is sterile.
